Taghizadeh Sheila (Little Darlings)

Observation

This licensor observed a hot glue gun at child level. It was not on, or warm. When I asked her how she used it she reported she uses if for craft activities with the children "with supervision". The front loading washer and dryer were not latched to prevent entrapment. A tricycle meant to be pushed from behind by an adult is missing the handle and there is now just a bar. It is also rusty.
